Recently I received a book to review called Our Witchdoctors are too Weak. I posted my review as soon as I finished reading the book, just prior to getting an email asking me to post it during the first week of April as part of a virtual book tour. To make up for posting prematurely, I’m contributing to the tour by listing the other reviews for this book on my blog. If you’ve reviewed this book and are not listed here, let me know and I’ll add your site to the list.
I enjoyed this book, and admire the authors for their dedication to the Wilo tribe. Living in the Amazon in order to learn and record an unwritten language isn’t something I’d be willing or able to do, but I can and do encourage others to read about the authors’ experience.
If you’d like to know more about Davey and Marie Jank’s book, take a look at the reviews by:
Have you read this book? If so, what did you think about it?
Thanks for listing my review!
You’re welcome!
Ditto! Plus this gives me a chance to check out some of the other reviews too. 🙂
Hi, Valerie! I’m enjoying the other reviews, too. Plus, this is also helping me meet some bloggers who share my taste in books.
Congrats on having your novella accepted for publication in an anthology. I love inspirational romance, so I’ll be ordering it when it comes out next March.
Dear Carol,
I participated in the blog tour as well. Loved the book – his writing style, the testimonies, even the short short chapters ;D
Blessings,
Susan

Susan, your first post got caught in my spam filter for some reason. I’m adding a link to your review to my list right now!
I remember your review at the time. What a nice way to help out the rest of the blog tour.

Hi, Jon. I’ve enjoyed looking up the other reviews, so this has worked out nicely for me, too.
I like the changes you’ve made to Mad Utopia.

This looks like a good read. He has a light and comical voice. I’d usually not read missionaries stories, but I may just take a gander at this one’s.
It’s entertaining but also shows the difficulties involved in communicating with this tribe. I think you’d like this book, Elizabeth.
Hi! I just noticed your link to my review. Thanks! I can’t wait to explore your blog! My technique, as it were, needs a little help! 🙂
Hi, Jenn. I enjoyed your review and your blog.
